Our prices are subject to change at any time without notice.


ORDERING POLICY

Orders are placed with a non-refundable deposit of 50% of total order amount. Once deposit is received, an initial design is created and shown to the customer for approval or the customer may request for changes and or corrections. For an order to proceed to production and be completed, the customer must give written approval of design and pay remaining balance in full.


PROOF / REQUEST FOR CHANGE POLICY

The customer may request for design changes twice per product for free. Any other request thereafter will be charged a fee of $10 per request.


ART WORK REQUIREMENTS

Customer is responsible for providing ready to print artwork. Artwork needs to be in a PDF, PSD format. If any work has to be done, graphic design fees will be charged.


ADDITIONAL Fees & charges

Graphic Design fees will apply to all orders where customer does not provide approved ready to print artwork. Design rates vary per product. Please see graphic design services for rates

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will apply to all orders not produced in house and may not be known until after the order has been completed. Shipping rates may vary.


Sales Tax

NYS residents must have a completed and signed valid Tax exempt on file to avoid being charged sales tax of 8.375 %.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Absolutely no refunds for cancellations after orders have been fully processed.


RETURNS / REFUNDS

If we verify that we made an error, we will re-print the order or give a refund of the refundable balance. There is no refund for mistakes and errors that were signed off by customer.


NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

All orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50%. Deposits are refundable only when no work has begun on the order.


PRODUCTION TIME

Production can take anywhere from 48 hours to 4 weeks depending on the product. Please inquire at time of order placement. If you require an in hand date please specify date on the order form.


RIGHTS FOR PROMOTIONS

Unless indicated in writing, Guso reserves the right to use any items produced in displays, catalogs, flyers, advertisement and other promotional use.
